One thing that people in the West do not understand is that Islam, as a religion, is NOT complete unless it is a state religion. The religion of Islam must, as part of the religion transcending whatever sect, become an Islamic religious state. Today the last great Islamic super power of the Ottoman Empire is now reduced to the Republic of Turkey. However, until 1900 the Ottoman Empire was the reigning super power for four hundred years and controlled the whole Middle East all the way to and including parts of India, most of Indonesia and Africa. It is astonishing how few seem to recognize that the Islamic states have been with very few and short-lived exceptions, Russian and/or SOCIALIST military client states.

Since the break up of the Ottoman Empire after world war one and especially subsequent to world war two, within Islamic nations, an Islamic socialism developed. The natural reaction to Islamic socialism was an Islamic fundamentalism. The State of Israel is a huge stumbling block to the Islamic world. Israel was founded as a Socialist Zionist state and the Jewish religion really had little or no place in that state founded in 1948. It was a Jewish socialist state established by the socialist United Nations.

Many will be offended when I say this truth; but, socialism is a lie of antichrist satanic religion, every bit as much a satanic lie as is Islam. The satanic lie of socialism is that it is supposed to be from everyone’s means to everyone’s needs. THAT IS THE GREAT LIE of Socialism. Socialism is NOT everyone contributing to one big pie so that everyone might satisfy their hunger need from that big pie. Socialism is really the SATANIC ROADMAP to power for the super rich. It is the fast track to bondage and oppression of all but the elite global Satanists. When one understands that the love of money is the root of all evil it becomes easier to see through the lies of socialism. The global Satanists have planned their global Socialist or global satanic state for hundreds of years which would emerge out of the chaos of 3 world wars. The final world war would be the great war of which Jesus spoke as the great tribulation war. This third world war would pit the Islamic nations against what remained of Christianity and capitalism.

World war three is all set up now and cannot be turned back. THE PLAN also known as the NEW WORLD ORDER, is to impose the Luciferian ideology on what would remain of the human race after the final exercise of satanic antichrist dictatorship and destruction. The PLAN required the destruction of all existing governments and religions. That objective was to be reached by dividing the masses of people into opposing camps in ever increasing numbers on political, social, economic, religious and other issues. The opposing sides were then to be ARMED, and incidents were to be provided which would cause them to fight and weaken themselves, gradually destroying national governments and religious institutions.

The Plan called for 3 World wars. The first world war was to transform Russia into a 
stronghold of atheistic Communism. The differences stirred up by agents of the Illuminati 
between the German and British Empires would be used to foment this war. After the war 
would be ended, Communism was to be built up and used to destroy other governments 
and weaken religions. The Second World War was to Strengthen International 
Communism until it equaled in strength to that of the United Christendom. When it 
reached that point, it was to be contained and kept in check until the final Great

Tribulation CHAOS of WWIII.

The Third World War is to be fomented by agents of the global Satanists and/or global 
socialists between what is left of Christianity   and the Moslem world. That war is to be 
directed in such a manner that all of Islam and Israel, will destroy each other while, at 
the same time, the remaining nations, once more divided on this issue, will be forced to 
fight themselves into a state of complete exhaustion - physically, mentally, spiritually, 
and economically. The stage will then be set to put the antichrist Luciferian one world 
government into operation. We have arrived at that point of climax of the third world war.

Egypt's Nasser was the first of the Islamic dictators to realize the opportunity that Israel provided to establish an Islamic Socialist state in Egypt. Today, if you want to see how totally, and hopelessly oppressive, to all but the satanic elite, that Islamic socialism can be, just go to Cairo, Egypt and get a block or two off any main street. Be sure your saddle is ready to be shipped home when you do or that the Lord’s warring angels are with you in force.

Nasser would say popular things like we have to use all of our collective resources to defeat the state of Israel. This allowed him to confiscate all private property. He told
the people that by doing this the country could become developed and the poor people would learn to read and write. Yet in a totally controlled society that literacy is of little practical value. Other Muslim states followed the Nasser pattern of Islamic socialism, always with the real motivator and pacifier to the totalitarian military dictatorship was, that it would help them annihilate Israel. Countries like Iraq, Algerian, Morocco, and Yemen quickly became Islamic socialist states. Really they were socialist dictatorships with Islamic covering, with the masses kept under control by good old Islamic Jew hate.

The Muslim fundamentalists did not agree with this new Islamic socialist military dictatorship idea, even though their hatred for Jews and Israel was every bit as demonically rabid. They simply saw the reality that these socialist military
dictatorships were not Islamic except for the Jew hate which is not strictly a Muslim thing, but common to all people under the deception of Lucifer. Lucifer is not just the moon god of Islam but of every false religions. Many under Lucifer’s religious tell tale sign of Jew hate, even claim to be Christian.

Egypt’s Nasser quickly executed thousands of Muslim fundamentalists. Nasser understood that there is NO way to mix socialism and fundamental Islam. Islamic fundamentalism will not tolerate any other form of Islam other than an Islamic state ruled by the demonic and/or barbaric Islamic law. Little or no tolerance is given for fundamental Islam in Egypt, Iraq, or Syria. The Baath party of Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria is iron fisted very radical brutal Islamic socialism.

When Nasser had consolidated complete military dictator control and eliminated
Islamic fundamental resistance in Egypt, he led the attack of Israel in the Six-Day War
on June 5, 1967. It is AWESOME what God did in the Six-Day war of 1967. God is the only intellectually honest explanation for what happened in the Six-Day war. That war set Islam and all Islamic culture on its ear. Israel not only had resisted the attack but now had possession of the Sinai, Jerusalem and the West Bank. Muslims could not help but wonder why little Israel was able to overcome Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Iraq combined? How could two million defeat two hundred million in less than a week?

Fundamental Islam was ready with an answer that Allah was punishing them because
the masses of Islam did not embrace fundamental Islam. Religious folk are something. They always have the answer that their victims should have prayed more, fasted more, and spent more money according to the Religious scheme of things. That is why the Muslims were told that Allah could not stand against Israel. The proud deceived Muslim masses bought the Muslim fundamental religious sham.

This is why it may be said that the phenomenal growth and reformation of Islam started with the Six-Day War. It truly did. Large numbers of Muslims turned to that Satanic Quran. Masses believed that they must live according to Islam, and spend themselves in the pursuit of forming an Islamic state. Islam is not really Islam without the demonic insanity of Shari law.

This build up of the satanic religion of Islam needed funding, and the global Satanists were quick to provide it, with OIL. Anyone remember the gas lines from the OPEC oil embargo? It came just after the Muslims were again defeated in the 1973 Yom Kippur War. That is the FIRST HUGE GAS PRICE INCREASE. Big gas price increases cause oceans of wealth to flow. The flow is always away from the middle and lower class of people world-wide. This brought HUGE wealth to the Muslim countries. That began the open world wide Islamic reformation. Oil money helped the Muslims to make their fundamentalist ideas become reality.

The HUGE oil wealth strengthened Muslim countries against any kind of non-Islamic influence, whether capitalist or Christian. The great influx of oil money brought a spiritual reformation of Islam. The vast majority, probably over 70 percent, have never read the Quran. The demons in the fundamental Muslims will fight to make sure every Muslim will live the way they think Muslims are required to live by the Satanic moon god religion of Islam. The oil money vastly expanded world Islamic religious conquest wars. Talk about growth, the growth of Islam at the point of the guns financed by the oil money is phenomenal. At the beginning of the twentieth century there were 0.2 billion marginal Muslims and today Islam boasts a population of 1.2 Billion Muslims. In a little more than 25 years, without the great DEPOPULATION and War for Global Satanist control of the planet, the Muslims will number over 2 Billion.

The wars are about OIL and where the wealth will go. Sadam Hussein thought to trade oil in euros rather than dollars. The FACT that oil is traded ONLY in dollars is the only thing which has kept the American economy from TOTAL DEVASTATION IMPLOSION for years. Yes, that of course means that Iran will be attacked because Iran also wants to trade oil for euros instead of dollars. That will bring the end of America is the world knows the American super market culture of covetousness today. The horror of it will be beyond imagination.

This is why people better get off the TV, off the net, and into their KJV Holy Bible, to get some FAITH. People had better be getting FAITH as quickly as possible. We are all playing catch up in the FAITH department. Sadly most today have no clue how far behind they really are. and how serious that it really is.

How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD: They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

World war three cannot be stopped. It is set to go. American and world oil money has armed Islam. The demons of Islam will not allow it to be stopped and they have nuclear, chemical, and biological capability. Two BILLION people will die in this war and it will come upon most people like a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

There are those who think that the global socialist and/or global Satanist’s long planned World War Three can be turned back. I must tell you NO. It can NOT be turned back. The US will very soon attack Iran, and then the MYTH of America being the world’s only superpower will forever be broken. America is headed on a course of destruction, which is NOW irreversible. Yes, God said so. Like it or not, whoever conquered Sadam Hussein is today’s king of Babylon, and Rev 18 is NOW at hand.

Whether anyone will hear or forbear, Dan 8 is RIGHT NOW UNFOLDING prophecy. Sadly, America is that he goat from the West, that has come across the face of the whole earth, without touching the ground, to stomp first horn of the ram, Iraq. The second horn of the ram, Iran, must soon be stomped by America, and the time is NOW. There is no wiggle room on how EXPLICIT this word of God by Daniel is, OR that it is for NOW. The angel Gabriel is EXPLICIT that the time context is for the Last Days at the TIME OF THE END. Gabriel is EXPLICIT that the nations which the US he goat of the West would attack are first Iraq, and second Iran. That is EXPLICIT with no room for varying interpretations in these last days when it is now possible to come across the face of the whole earth without touching the ground.

Dan 8:5-8 And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes. And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power. And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand. Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; That GREAT HORN is the MYTH of America being the world’s only super power.

Iran’s moon god man believes himself to be on a divine mission as he leads Iran directly to the great confrontation with the world over Iran’s nuclear program. It should not be such a great mystery in the minds of western leaders what is driving Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to such a reckless course of certain and sudden destruction. The global Satanists have fueled their military industrial complex to ARM ISLAM with high oil prices that have made Iran strong. Few realize how weak America has become and how the fact that OIL MUST BE TRADED IN DOLLARS is the only thing that is preventing the American dream from becoming the great American nightmare.

People should understand what Mr. Ahmadinejad recently said. Even President George W Bush described Ahmadinejad as an odd man because of what Iran’s president said. Few in the West understand Islamic MESSIANIC beliefs. The Iranian president believes he has a moon god mission for the last day’s destruction necessary to bring in the Islamic Mahdi, who will appear at the great destruction at the End of Days.

Though shocking, by now most are aware of the video made this past November showing Iran’s president Ahmadinejad telling a cleric that he had felt the hand of God entrancing world leaders as he delivered a speech to the UN General Assembly last September. IT SHOULD NOT REQUIRE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO FIGURE WHAT THAT MEANS. Few probably know what Ahmadinejad said of the Iranian military plane crash on December 6, 2005, that killed 13 Iranian military personnel and 95 civilians on the ground. The Iranian president actually spoke of the crash and those killed, saying, What is important is that they have shown the WAY TO MARTYRDOM WHICH WE MUST FOLLOW.

Ahmadinejad is a man driven by his moon god on a mission in devotion to the Hidden Imam, the Messiah-like figure of Shia Islam. Ahmadinejad RELIGIOULY believes his government MUST prepare Iran for the return of the Hidden Imam. One of the first things he did when he became Iran’s president was have his government to donate about 20 million dollars to the Jamkaran mosque, where pilgrims come to drop messages to the Hidden Imam into a holy well.

Few in the West seem to understand that all streams and sects of Islam believe in a divine saviour, known as the Mahdi, who will appear at the End of Days. There is a widely believed report that Iran’s president and his cabinet has signed a pledge, that they will keep as the highest government priority, their work for the return of the Mahdi. Yes, they dropped a copy of the pledge into the well at Jamkaran mosque.

The largest religious Islamic sect in the Islamic Republic of Iran believes Mohammed ibn Hasan, regarded as the 12th Imam, or righteous descendant of the Prophet Mohammad, will soon return, and is this Hidden Imam. They believe the last (who also is the current) Imam (12th Imam), Mahdi, is in hiding by the order of Allah (Satan, the moon god of Islam) and will reappear by the command of the moon god, Allah. Strange as it may seem to Westerners, the Muslims believe this Hidden Imam is still in hiding since the ninth century, when he started his hiding at the age of five. Yes, here in 2007, he is well hidden, and about ready to come out of hiding, and is now one thousand one hundred and twenty years old. Why no Muslims wonder what kind of shape he is in at age 1120 wonders me. However Muslims do believe his return, or coming out of hiding, will be preceded by worldwide chaos, world war, and unprecedented bloodshed, and unprecedented worldwide destruction and chaos. After a dreadful, tragic, devastating confrontation with evil and darkness, (YES, they all believe America to be the great Satan and Israel to be the little Satan), after this confrontation the Mahdi will lead the world to an era of universal peace.

When one thinks about this we see the FANTASTIC set up for the Antichrist. It is no wonder why the Antichrist promotes RESPECT for the Muslim religion of Islam. It is no wonder why the Vatican Roman Pope says the god of the Roman Catholics is the same as the god of the Muslims, and even NOW Rome has paragraph 841 in the Roman Catholic latest catechism: The Church's relationship with the Muslims. "The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day."

One should also see here another thing which Mohammed and Islam borrowed and perverted from the Christian faith. There is unmistakable similarity with some of the things the Apostle John wrote over 600 years before Mohammed on the island of Patmos called The Revelation, or Apocalypse. YES, indeed and IN FACT, the Muslims all believe the Hidden Imam is expected to return with Jesus, being the servant of the Mahdi. There can be no question that Ahmadinejad believes that these events are close at hand. Iran’s president also believes that he and his cabinet can influence the divine timetable.

Iran’s president has made it clear that if he obtains nuclear weapons, he fully intends to use them to hasten the return of the Mahdi. Most in the high levels of the governments of the world know the question that no one dares ask. The GJiGT will answer that question everyone is afraid to ask. YES – DEFINITELY YES, Mr. Ahmadinejad is now indeed determined to clash with the West because he feels safe in the belief of the imminent return of the Hidden Imam. That is the answer to the question the world leaders are afraid to ask. Yes indeed Iran’s president fully intends to provoke world war three strategic nuclear, because of his religious hope of hastening the reappearance of the Mahdi to save and give victory to have a global Islamic republic.

NO, this man is not a nutcase. This man is a devoted Muslim. The majority of the devoted BILLION Muslims believe this way. The 49-year-old Iranian president was an honors engineering student, member of the Revolutionary Guard, and mayor of Teheran. He is NOT A DUMMY or NUT. He is Satan’s brilliant man to lead Iran to bring on the Great Tribulation World War Three, who was duly elected as Iran’s president in June 2005.

Everyone needs to know what happened at Ahmadinejad's international debut in his speech to the United Nations. Everyone was expecting him to give an appeasing pacifying proposal at the UN to calm the nuclear crisis after Teheran had restarted another part of its nuclear program. Instead, they heard Iran’s president speak in apocalyptic terms of Iran struggling against an evil West that sought to promote "state terrorism", impose "the logic of the dark ages" and divide the world into "light and dark countries". He even ended his speech with a messianic appeal for God to "hasten the emergence of your last repository, the Promised One, that perfect and pure human being, the one that will fill this world with justice and peace". In case you do not know this is the END OF THE WORLD MAHDI, that Iran’s president refers to and NOT the Lord Jesus Christ.

Subsequent to this call for the destruction and chaos of the End of the World, Ahmadinejad has frequently described how one of his Iranian colleagues had claimed to see a glow of light around the president as he began his speech to the UN. Ahmadinejad often is quoted as saying, "I felt it myself too, I felt that all of a sudden the atmosphere changed there. And for 27-28 minutes all the leaders did not blink…It's not an exaggeration, because I was looking. They were astonished, as if a hand held them there and made them sit. It had opened their eyes and ears for the message of the Islamic Republic."

Though the world leaders will not say it, though no one may want to believe it, Iran’s president RELIGIOUSLY DID MEAN EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID AT THE UN. Iran’s president with all the fullness of his moon god’s inspiration, is on a divine mission his moon god of Islam, AKA, Satan. Iran’s president is fully determined to have the GREATEST WAR WITH THE GREAT SATAN OF AMERICA THAT HE POSSIBLY CAN ARRANGE. It is the religious hope of Iran’s president to set ablaze the Islamic revolution not just for the Islamic Republic of Iran, but for the entire world. Iran’s president clearly told the UN that he believes his returning Mahdi will make whatever is left of the strategic nuclear war he is determined to facilitate, end in a global Islamic republic. Iran’s president believes his moon god has given him the mission of hastening the end of the world for the arrival of the Mahdi.

Yes, even IF the global Satanists did want to stop or delay this nuclear destruction of the world they CAN NOT DO IT NOW. Iran’s president will do all in his power to see that it will NOT be stopped or delayed. Iran’s president religiously believes his moon god mission and destiny is to hasten the end of the world to bring his Mahdi.

The following is the full text of his speech before the Sixtieth Session of the United Nations General Assembly on 09/17/05

"In the Name of the God of Mercy, Compassion, Peace, Freedom and Justice

"Mr. President, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, "Today we have gathered here to exchange views about the world, its future and our common responsibilities towards it. It is evident that the future of the world is intertwined with its current state and the prevailing trends, which exhibit signs of hope and despair.

"On the one hand certain hopes and opportunities exist, and this August Assembly is convened on such hopes. Today human thought reflects outstanding commonalities which provide appropriate grounds to build upon.

With the passing of the era of agnostic philosophies, today humanity is once again joined in celebrating monotheism and belief in the Creator as the originator of existence. This is the common thread which binds us all.

"Faith will prove to be the solution to many of today's problems. The Truth will shine the light of faith and ethics on the life of human beings and prevent them from aggression, coercion and injustice and will guide them towards care and compassion for fellow beings.

"Another hope is the common global appreciation of the sources of knowledge. Although reason, experience and science are among valuable sources of knowledge, the darkness of the Middle Ages deprived major portions of the Western world of appreciating. This reactionary tendency deprived many of access to various scientific findings and knowledge and led to the exclusion of other sources of knowledge namely God and knowledge based on revelation from the life of human beings in the West; Divine knowledge that was carried and disseminated by such prophets as Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammad (peace be upon them).

"Today, agnostic thinking is on the decline and presently humanity is equally enamored with religion knowledge and spirituality. This is an auspicious beginning. Divine prophets teach us about proper regard for the exalted state of human beings on earth.

"The human being is blessed with dignity, most importantly manifested in being the viceroy of the Almighty on earth. The Almighty placed humans on earth to develop it, institutionalize justice, overcome their egoistic tendencies and praise no lord but the Almighty.

"Faith and good deeds can bring deliverance and the good life even in this world. Attaining this depends on human will, that is the will of each and every one of us. We must heed the call of our common primordial nature and achieve the realization of this good life.

"On the other hand, the prevalence of military domination, increasing poverty, the growing gap between rich and poor countries, violence as a means to solve crises, spread of terrorism, specially state terrorism, existence and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the pervasive lack of honesty in interstate relations, and disregard for the equal rights of peoples and nations in international relations constitute some of the challenges and threats.

"Although these challenges are very real, we believe we are not predestined to experience them. Our common will not only can change this course but in fact can lead us to a life filled with hope and prosperity. Divine revelation teaches us that "The Almighty changes the fate of no people unless they themselves show a will for change" (Holy Quran, 13:11).

"How can we influence the future of the world? When and how will peace, tranquility and well-being for all come about? These are the fundamental questions before us.

"We believe that a sustainable order, nurturing and flourishing peace and tranquility, can only be realized on the two pillars of justice and spirituality. The more human society departs from justice and spirituality, the greater insecurity it will face, so much so that a relatively small crisis, such as a natural disaster, leads to various abnormalities and inhuman behavior.

"Unfortunately, the world is rife with discrimination and poverty. Discrimination produces hatred, war and terrorism. They all share the common root of lack of spirituality coupled with injustice. Justice is about equal rights, the correct distribution of resources in the territories of different states, the equality of all before the law and respect for international agreements.

"Justice recognizes the right of every one to tranquility, peace and a dignified life. Justice rejects intimidation and double standards. As the eminent daughter of the Prophet of Islam has said, "justice brings tranquility and harmony to our hearts."

"Today, the world is longing for the establishment of such justice. If humanity heeds the call of its primordial nature with firm resolve, justice will emerge. This is what the Almighty has promised and all people of good will from all religions are waiting for. If the prevailing discourse of global relations becomes one of justice and spirituality, then durable peace will be guaranteed.

"Conversely, if international relations are defined without justice and spirituality and void of moral considerations, then the mechanisms for promoting confidence and peace will remain insufficient and ineffective.

"If some, relying on their superior military and economic might, attempt to expand their rights and privileges, they will be performing a great disservice to the cause of peace and in fact will fuel the arms race and spread insecurity, fear and deception. If global trends continue to serve the interests of small influential groups, even the interests of the citizens of powerful countries will be jeopardized, as was seen in the recent crises and the even natural disaster such as the recent tragic hurricane.

"Today, my nation calls on other nations and governments to "move forward to a durable tranquility and peace based on justice and spirituality."

"Mr. President, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen,

"The Islamic Republic of Iran is born out of a movement, based on the pure primordial nature of a people who rose up to regain their dignity esteem and human rights. The Islamic Revolution toppled a regime, which had been put in place through a coup, and supported by those who claim to be advocates of democracy and human rights, thwarted the aspirations of the nation for development and progress for 25 years through intimidation and torture of the populace and submission and subservience to outsiders.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran is the manifestation of true democracy in the region. The discourse of the Iranian nation is focused on respect for the rights of human beings and a quest for tranquillity, peace, justice and development for all through monotheism.

"For 8 years, Saddam's regime imposed a massive war of aggression and occupation on my people. It employed the most heinous weapons of mass destruction, including chemical weapons against Iranians and Iraqis alike.

Who, in fact, armed Saddam with these weapons? What was the reaction of those who now claim to fight against WMDs regarding the use of chemical weapons back then? The world is witness to the fact that the Islamic Republic of Iran, because of its humanitarian principles, even during the most testing of times and when it was sustaining the highest number of casualties, never allowed itself to use such weapons.

"Thousands of nuclear warheads that are stockpiled in various locations coupled with programs to further develop these inhuman weapons have created a new atmosphere of repression and the rule of the machines of war, threatening the international community and even the citizens of the countries that possess them.

"Ironically, those who have actually used nuclear weapons, continue to produce, stockpile and extensively test such weapons, have used depleted uranium bombs and bullets against tens and perhaps hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, Kuwaitis, and even their own soldiers and those of their allies, afflicting them with incurable diseases, blatantly violate their obligations under the NPT, have refrained from signing the CTBT and have armed the Zionist occupation regime with WMDs, are not only refusing to remedy their past deeds, but in clear breech of the NPT, are trying to prevent other countries from acquiring the technology to produce peaceful nuclear energy.

"All these problems emanate from the fact that justice and spirituality are missing in the way powerful governments conduct their affairs with other nations.

"After September 11, a particular radical group was accused of terrorist activities -- although it was never explained how such huge intelligence gathering and security organizations failed to prevent such an extensive and well planned operation.

"Why powers that, not so long ago, were supporting the activities of such groups in Afghanistan and thus portraying themselves as supporters of human rights and the Afghan people have over night turned into their most fierce critic?

"Are we to believe that their benefactors, i.e. the very same hegemonic powers have lost control? "If the answer is yes, would it not be better for those powers to adopt an honest and transparent approach to the international community, provide precise information about the main elements and their arms and financial support system, and accept responsibility for their inhuman actions against nations and countries, and thereby assist peoples and nations to correctly, wisely and sincerely fight the roots of terrorism.

"We must endeavor to achieve sustainable tranquility and peace based on justice and spirituality.

"Mr. President, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen,

"Terrorism and WMDs are two major threats before the international community. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as one of the main victims of terrorism and chemical weapons, fully appreciates the difficulties that lie ahead in the road to combat these menaces.

"Today, the most serious challenge is that the culprits are arrogating to themselves the role of the prosecutor. Even more dangerous is that certain parties relying on their power and wealth try to impose a climate of intimidation and injustice over the world make bullying, while through their huge media resources portray themselves as defenders of freedom, democracy and human rights.

"People around the world are fully aware of what is happening in the occupied Palestine. Women and children are being murdered and adolescents taken prisoner. Houses are being demolished and farms burnt down. Yet, when the people of Palestine resist these conditions, they are accused of terrorism. At the same time, the occupier, which does not abide by any principles and terror is part of its pronounced and routine policy enjoys the support of the previously mentioned governments. Let me be blunter. State terrorism is being supported by those who claim to fight terrorism.

"How can one talk about human rights and at the same time blatantly deny many the inalienable right to have access to science and technology with applications in medicine, industry and energy and through force and intimidation hinder their progress and development? "Can nations be deprived of scientific and technological progress through the threat of use of force and based on mere allegations of possibility of military diversion?

We believe that all countries and nations are entitled to technological and scientific advancement in all fields, particularly the peaceful technology to produce nuclear fuel. Such access cannot be restricted to a few, depriving most nations and by establishing economic monopolies, use them as an instrument to expand their domination.

"We have gathered here to defend human rights in accordance with Charter of UN and prevent certain powers from claiming that "some countries have more rights "or that" some countries do not have the right to enjoy their legitimate rights". "We must not, at the beginning of the 21st century, revert to the logic of the dark ages and once again try to deny societies access to scientific and technological advances.

"Mr. President, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen,

"The UN must be the symbol of democracy and the equal rights of nations. If we talk about the equal rights of nations in political forums, we must talk of the same concept in this forum as well.

"Similarly, if we talk about the right of sovereignty, then all nations must be allowed to exercise their rights on an equal footing and in a democratic process.

"The UN can be the standard bearer of democracy in the world, when it, itself, is a manifestation of democratic process. I reiterate that durable tranquility and peace can only be built on justice and spirituality.

"Mr. President, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen,

"The Islamic Republic of Iran is a symbol of true democracy. All officials including the Leader, President, members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, city and village councils are elected through the vote of the citizens. The Islamic Republic of Iran has held 27 national elections in 27 years. This showcases a vibrant and dynamic society in which people widely participate in the political life.

"Because of its key importance and influence in the important and strategic Middle East region, the Islamic Republic of Iran is committed to contribute actively to the promotion of peace and stability in the region.

"Saddam, Taliban regimes were both the products of foreign powers. The people of Afghanistan and Iraq know very well who supported these two regimes.

"Today, to establish peace and security in the region, foreign occupation forces must leave and completely hand over the political and economic sovereignty of these two countries to their peoples.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran will continue to provide full and comprehensive support to the people of Iraq and Afghanistan and their elected governments, and will actively help them in the establishment of order and security. My country will continue and expand its sincere cooperation and interaction with them.

"In Palestine, a durable peace will be possible through justice, an end to discrimination and the occupation of Palestinian land, the return of all Palestinian refugees, and the establishment of a democratic Palestinian state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

"Mr. President, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen,

"Today, more than ever, nations need constructive, positive and honest cooperation and interaction in order to enjoy a dignified, tranquil and peaceful life based on justice and spirituality. Let us enter into a collective covenant to realize this legitimate aspiration of our nations.

"Here, I would like to briefly talk about the approach and initiative of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the nuclear issue. Nuclear weapons and their proliferation, and attempts to impose an apartheid regime on access to peaceful nuclear energy, are two major threats, challenging international tranquility and peace.

"Keeping in mind that in past years no serious efforts complimented by practical mechanisms -- have been made to move towards full disarmament and more specifically implement the decisions and outcomes of the NPT Review Conferences of 1995 and 2000, I suggest that the General Assembly, as the most inclusive UN organ, mandate an ad-hoc committee to compile and submit a comprehensive report on possible practical mechanisms and strategies for complete disarmament.

"This Committee should also be asked to investigate as to how contrary to the NPT -- material, technology and equipment for nuclear weapons were transferred to the Zionist regime, and to propose practical measures for the establishment of a nuclear-weapons-free zone in the Middle East.

"Some powerful states practice a discriminatory approach against access of NPT members to material, equipment, and peaceful nuclear technology, and by doing so, intend to impose a nuclear apartheid.

"We are concerned that once certain powerful states completely control nuclear energy resources and technology, they will deny access to and thus deepen the divide between powerful countries and the rest of the international community. When that happens, we will be divided into light and dark countries.

"Regrettably, in the past 30 years, no effective measure has been implemented to facilitate the exercise of the legally recognized right of NPT state-parties to have access to and use peaceful nuclear energy in accordance with article IV. Therefore, the General Assembly should ask the IAEA in accordance with article 2 of its Statute to report on violations by specific countries that have hindered the implementation of the above article and also produce practical strategies for its renewed implementation.

"What needs our particular attention is the fact that peaceful use of nuclear energy without possession of nuclear fuel cycle is an empty proposition. Nuclear power plants can indeed lead to total dependence of countries and peoples if they need to rely for their fuel on coercive powers, who do not refrain from any measure in furtherance of their interests.

No popularly elected and responsible government can consider such a situation in the interest of its people. The history of dependence on oil in oil rich countries under domination is an experiment that no independent country is willing to repeat.

"Those hegemonic powers, who consider scientific and technological progress of independent and free nations as a challenge to their monopoly on these important instruments of power and who do not want to see such achievements in other countries, have misrepresented Iran's healthy and fully safeguarded technological endeavors in the nuclear field as pursuit of nuclear weapons. This is nothing but a propaganda ploy.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is presenting in good faith its proposal for constructive interaction and a just dialogue.

"However, if some try to impose their will on the Iranian people through resort to a language of force and threat with Iran, we will reconsider our entire approach to the nuclear issue.

"Allow me, as the elected President of the Iranian people, to outline the other main elements of my country's initiative regarding the nuclear issue:

"1. The Islamic Republic of Iran reiterates its previously and repeatedly declared position that in accordance with our religious principles, pursuit of nuclear weapons is prohibited.

"2. The Islamic Republic of Iran believes that it is necessary to revitalize the NPT and create the above-mentioned ad-hoc committee so that it can combat nuclear weapons and abolish the apartheid in peaceful nuclear technology.

"3. Technically, the fuel cycle of the Islamic Republic of Iran is not different from that of other countries which have peaceful nuclear technology.

"Therefore, as a further confidence building measure and in order to provide the greatest degree of transparency, the Islamic Republic of Iran is prepared to engage in serious partnership with private and public sectors of other countries in the implementation of uranium enrichment program in Iran. This represents the most far reaching step, outside all requirements of the NPT, being proposed by Iran as a further confidence building measure.

"4. In keeping with Iran's inalienable right to have access to a nuclear fuel cycle, continued interaction and technical and legal cooperation with the IAEA will be the centerpiece of our nuclear policy.

"Initiation and continuation of negotiations with other countries will be carried out in the context of Iran's interaction with the Agency.

"With this in mind, I have directed the relevant Iranian officials to compile the legal and technical details of Iran's nuclear approach, based on the following considerations:

"4.1. International precedence tells us that nuclear fuel-delivery contracts are unreliable and no legally binding international document or instrument exists to guarantee the delivery of nuclear fuel.

"On many occasions such bilateral contracts stopped altogether for political reasons. Therefore, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in its pursuit of peaceful nuclear technology, considers it within its legitimate rights to receive objective guarantees for uranium enrichment in the nuclear fuel cycle.

"4.2. In its negotiations with the EU3, Iran has tried in earnest to prove the solid and rightful foundations of its nuclear activity in the context of the NPT, and to establish mutual trust. The selection of our negotiating partners and the continuation of negotiations with the EU3 will be commensurate with the requirements of our cooperation with the Agency regarding non-diversion of the process of uranium enrichment to non-peaceful purposes in the framework of the provisions of the NPT.

In this context, several proposals have been presented which can be considered in the context of negotiations. The Islamic Republic of Iran appreciates the positive contribution of South Africa and H.E. President Mbeki personally in the resolution of the nuclear issue and cognizant of South Africa's active role in the IAEA Board of Governors would welcome its active participation in the negotiations.

"4.3. The discriminatory approaches regarding the NPT that focuses on the obligations of state-parties and disregards their rights under the Treaty should be discontinued.

"As the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I assure you that my country will use everything in its power to contribute to global tranquility and peace based on the two maxims of spirituality and justice as well as the equal rights of all peoples and nations.

My country will interact and cooperate constructively with the international community to face the challenges before us.

"Dear Friends and Colleagues,

"From the beginning of time, humanity has longed for the day when justice, peace, equality and compassion envelop the world. All of us can contribute to the establishment of such a world. When that day comes, the ultimate promise of all Divine religions will be fulfilled with the emergence of a perfect human being who is heir to all prophets and pious men. He will lead the world to justice and absolute peace.

"O mighty Lord, I pray to you to hasten the emergence of your last repository, the promised one, that perfect and pure human being, the one that will fill this world with justice and peace.
